Yes. Our former regular guest program has been terminated, so we warmly welcome our former regular guests to our loyalty program . After registration, we will check the level of previous regular guests of our guests and, based on that, we will classify them to the level corresponding to the new system. This way, they will continue to receive discounts and be enriched with points that can be used immediately at the same time as registration.

We recommend that only one person from a family registers, who usually manages the reservations. You can add all family members to this one account when you log in for the first time. When making a reservation, we can only deduct points from the balance of the person who has logged in on our website, and we can only credit the points here. The points of several different accounts cannot be combined, so it is worth registering one account per family.

Before requesting an offer or making an online reservation on our hotel's website, log in to your account. After the value of all reservations started in this way, our system credits points . The points received after booking become active on the day of departure, and can be used for the next holiday from then on.

If you have usable points, when finalizing the reservation, the system will automatically offer you the option to deduct the amount corresponding to the given amount of points from the total amount to be paid.

In the loyalty program, you can collect points from the first booking after registration. Reservations made before registration are not included in the collection of points.

Points received for registration and providing additional data are valid for 365 days. Points earned after bookings are also valid for 1 year. In other words, you can redeem the points activated upon departure for another reservation within 1 year. The next rest can be at a later date. To redeem points, the reservation must be made by the specified deadline.

If the reservation is cancelled, the points redeemed for it can be used again with their original validity. If we change the reservation, points can be redeemed up to 10% of the changed amount, but only those that can still be used at the time of the change. If the points redeemed for the original reservation expired during their validity, we can no longer take them into account for the modified date.
